You’ve seen them bust moves on various videos, commercials and more, but who are the fantastic dance duo that make up Les TWINS?
As identical twin brothers, Larry and Laurent Bourgeois have dance running through their blood. The 23-year-old hip-hop dance duo from Sacelles, France has 18 siblings, with all but one are said to be able to bust moves. They’ve been dancing since they were only two years old and haven’t stopped since. Their dance moves are so fluid and precise that when one brother starts a move, the other gracefully finishes it! Whether or not it’s their special “twin” abilities, these guys move and flow as one. They’re so attuned to each other and their moves that what results is pure dancing brilliance. They’ve definitely got that twin power thing going on to the fullest!
Best known for their roles in Jay-Z’s “That’s Rocawear” video and having performed with the wonderfully talented Beyoncé (they first met the talented pop singer on the “Run The World (Girls)” video set), they’re actually a part of a larger crew called Criminalz Crew, which features dancers from a wide range of dance styles, including BBoys, New Style dancers and more. They’ve also performed in the Cirque Du Soleil Michael Jackson Immortal World Tour and are currently tearing it up on stages across the globe.
They first graced the World of Dance Tour when they performed at our stop in San Diego back in 2010 and we’re more than happy to have them back as featured headliners. Don’t miss out on your chance to check out these amazing dancers lay it down when they perform at the first stop of the 2012 World of Dance Tour in Los Angeles. If you’re in the Southern California area on Saturday, April 7, make your way to the Los Angeles Convention Center for a day filled with dance, music and fun!
